3. AI-Generated Content

When you interact with AI characters and generate content on the Platform:

• Your prompts and conversation inputs are processed by AI language models to generate responses
• Conversation history is stored to maintain context and improve AI interaction quality
• Image and video generation prompts are processed by AI visual models
• AI models may learn from aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve performance
• Your specific private conversations and character data are not used to train models without explicit consent
• Public character interactions may be analyzed in aggregate for quality improvement

We implement technical safeguards to prevent AI models from generating prohibited content. However, AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee all outputs will meet our content standards.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure:

• All data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon serverless infrastructure
• Data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols
• Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We regularly review and update our security practices
• Serverless architecture minimizes attack surface and scales security automatically

While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal browser storage to provide essential Platform functionality:

• Local storage for age verification confirmation (18+ gate)
• Session cookies for authentication and maintaining logged-in state
• Local storage for user preferences and UI settings
• No third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies

We use cookieless, privacy-focused analytics that collect only aggregate, anonymized usage data and do not track individual users across websites.

6. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services to operate the Platform:

• Vercel: Hosting and serverless function infrastructure for Platform deployment
• Neon: PostgreSQL database hosting with automatic scaling and backup
• Payment Processors: Secure payment processing (we do not store credit card information)

These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their collection and use of information. We select providers that maintain high privacy and security standards compatible with our policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:

• Active account data is retained for the duration of your account
• Conversation history is retained to provide service continuity and context
• AI generation logs are retained for quality assurance and abuse prevention
• Financial transaction records are retained as required by law
• Deleted account data is permanently removed within 90 days, except as required by law

You may request deletion of your data at any time through account settings or by contacting us. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics and service improvement.
